A: We don't set MOQ for our jewelry, we can produce sample 1pc for your customzied jewelry. But the bigger quantity you order, the better prices we can offer.
Q2: Can I have my logo on the jewelry? can you produce custom design?
A: Yes, we can laser logo on jewelry, free of charge. We also accept custom designs, no MOQ.
Q3: Can shape, size, colors and design be changed?
A: Yes. Of course. We are factory, meaning all details can be negotiated. Any colors and shapes/cuttings gemstone are available.
Q4: How fast can you ship out goods?
A: If there is stock, we can send out goods in 3 days. Different products and quantities have different procedures and different timing.We may promise that we can try our best to finish all of your orders within the shortest time.
Q5: Can you make my jewelry design?
A: Yes, we welcome customized design. We have professional team to support here, from CAD drawing, to molding to production to shipment. Please show us picture then we can make a draft offer for your reference.
